Released: February 12, 2006, Nishi Netlabel:
Nishi is a net label dedicated to plundering the depths of music. Formed in 2002 as a sub-label of the (in)famous Canadian MP3 net label No Type, Nishi has focused on bringing a wide range of electronic-based music to a wider audience. From dubhouse to abstract ambient, we try not to let genres get in our way, but attend instead to the quality and honesty of the music (which are intricately subjective & nebulous).
Release note:
Dave Keifer’s previous EP for Nishi was very well received. This time we’re treated to a full album of his skewed, adventurous, melodious, quirky takes on electronica.
